Singapore & Malaysia Refund Policy
At Pillowblox, we understand that comfort is personal. If your Pillowblox pillow is not the right fit for you, we are happy to offer a return and refund in accordance with the policy below.
Eligible Products
The following products are eligible for return and refund:
- Pillowblox Original Side Sleeper Pillow
- Pillowblox Cooling Pillow
Return Period
Customers in Singapore and Malaysia may request a return and refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible for refund.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- The pillow must be returned in a clean, hygienic, and reasonable condition.
- The pillow must not have any stains, odors, tears, cuts, burns, pet damage, or signs of misuse.
- Customers may be required to provide photos and/or videos of the product and packaging before return approval is granted.
- The product must be returned to the address provided by Pillowblox.
For hygiene reasons, all returned pillows will be inspected upon receipt before any refund is approved.
Return Shipping
As Pillowblox products are fulfilled from Indonesia, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs to our designated return address in Indonesia.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, import charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pillowblox is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received, our team will inspect the item to verify that it meets the eligibility requirements outlined above.
Upon approval, a full refund of the product purchase price will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after the returned product has been received and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests may be rejected if:
- The request is made after the 30-day return period.
- The product is returned in an unsanitary condition.
- The product shows signs of misuse, abuse, accidental damage, modification, or excessive wear.
- The returned item is not one of the eligible products listed above.
If a return does not meet the requirements of this policy, the product may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos and/or videos of the product
Our team will review your request and provide the return instructions and return address.
